  Beautifully structured with a complex nose of capsicum, grapefruit, lime and toasty oak. The creamy and textured palate shows nectarines, lemon-grass and zesty lime flavours which are well balanced by the natural acidity.
• 2007 Amberley Margaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
  Bold citrus and grassy lime flavours dominate the palate, supported by a textured mouthfeel due to the ageing on lees and integrated barrel fermentation. The finish is lively and refreshing due to the tangy acidity.
• 2008 Amberley Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc
  This wine has a wonderful bouquet of gooseberries, citrus blossom, mint and lemon-grass with a subtle toasty background. Luscious leafy spearmint and tropical stone fruits lead to a beautifully balanced palate.
• 2008 Amberley Chimney Brush Rosé
  Vibrant pink in colour, Aromas of red berries and whipped cream, followed by underlying spices of mint, cloves and cigar box. Iced tea and floral characters dominate the flavour profile of the refreshing long palate.
